Meshuggah Cafe Show

Little Black Dress will be on display at Meshuggah Cafe through the month of July 2014.  This show is the last exhibit lined up in St. Louis, although the show at Madosky Chiropractic will be up longer through August.

Style Show

Here I am at the style show, holding up one of the various "little black dresses" available for brunchgoers to model for an impromptu fashion show and photo shoot.  Dresses and wraps of all sizes and lengths were available to be tried on.

I will be changing out my show at Urban Eats and displaying different selections from among my montages one last time on Wednesday, June 4, so be sure to check out the show before then if you want to see the current groupings.

Urban Eats May Show

Design Your Own Dress

Here are some scans of one of the dresses I designed at the recent Design Your Own Little Black Dress event.  This dress measures 10" high and incorporates sticker collage on front and back.  No longer so much a "little black dress" but totally something I'd wear...

I will be changing out my first show at Urban Eats and displaying different selections from among my montages on Wednesday, May 7, so be sure to check out the show before then if you want to see the current groupings.

Urban Eats Design Your Own Little Black Dress Event

The Design Your Own Little Black Dress event this Sunday at Urban Eats was lovely.  I embellished several little black dresses with stickers and ribbon to mail to friends and invited others to join in the fun.  The show will change out in May with a special style show for Mother's Day.

Little Black Dress will be coming to Urban Eats from April - June with art displays changing monthly and many fun activities scheduled!  There will be an interactive art project in April, a style show and photo opportunity including "little black dresses" to try on for Mother's Day in May, and yet another opportunity to wear a "little black dress" and get a prize in June.

Starbucks Show

The highlights show at Starbucks is currently on display.  This show features some montages from the recent Northern Arts Council exhibit since many who had hoped to come for the closing reception were unable to do so due to the inclimate weather.

Although there will be no formal reception for this show, I'd be more than happy to meet anyone for coffee sometime while I'm around - we'll make a date!

On to Starbucks!

The next stop on the Little Black Dress traveling exhibit is Starbucks in University City in February & March.  This show features highlighted montages from various shoots.  There won't be a formal reception so feel free to drop by whenever and check it out.  And I'll gladly meet you for a cup of coffee; just shoot me an email and we'll make a coffee date.

Northern Arts Council Reception

Thank you so much to everyone who braved the weather to come out for the reception last night!  It is always a joy to see everyone with Northern Arts Council and your ongoing support of the group is so greatly appreciated.

Northern Arts Council Show

The Northern Arts Council show is up!  There will be a closing reception Sat., Feb. 1, 2014 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM.  Wear a "little black dress" and win a prize!

Northern Arts Council Show Pushed Back

The Little Black Dress at the Northern Arts Council's 427 Gallery at Pearce Neikirk & Partners in Ferguson, MO has been pushed back slightly due to the weather, but it will be up later this week.

The closing reception is still scheduled for Sat., Feb. 1 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM.  In celebration of the theme, we will revisit the impromptu fashion show and all who wear a "little black dress" will get a prize!
